Cancellation Policy

All deposits are strictly non-refundable. Online cancellations and rescheduling are not available. To change your appointment, you must call the salon directly at least 24 hours in advance. One-time rescheduling is permitted only by phone 24 hours prior; otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited for any late changes, cancellations, or no-shows.
